Project "Milk and Honey"
Two high value-added supply chains as a response to food and economic insecurity in both urban and rural areas of Niger.
This project, regulated by the AICS 2017 public notice, aims to guarantee the right to high-quality, healthy food coming from local and sustainable production chains in Niger, specifically coming from the urban area of Niamey and the rural regions of Say and Tillabéri. The project aims to achieve this through an equitable and sustainable approach by strengthening local supply chains of milk, honey and derivatives as well as by promoting the employment of women and vulnerable youth.
