DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:
The intervention supports a public dairy camel farm activated on October 22nd which distributes 30 liters of milk/day to 240 vulnerable elderly people. The increase in the cost of livestock feed puts the continuation of distribution at risk. We propose to grow fodder to supplement the animals’ diet and make milk distribution sustainable. A veterinary emergency system will also be activated to guarantee 24-hour assistance to livestock.
